NanomaCreators provides an Instagram DM automation platform that allows you to create automated messaging flows, manage contacts, and analyze engagement through the Instagram API.

• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
• You must have a connected Facebook Page linked to your Instagram account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or platform restrictions
• Share your account access with unauthorized users

• Free plan includes limited AI credits and contacts with NanomaCreators branding on messages.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. AI credits reset each billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party APIs (Instagram, Meta) which may experience downtime or changes outside our control.

NanomaCreators is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to lost messages, account restrictions imposed by Instagram, or business losses.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
