When you use NanomaCreators, we collect:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from Facebook/Instagram login.
• Instagram Data: Your Instagram Business account information, page details, and access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf.
• Message Data: Messages sent and received through your automated flows, stored to provide the service and analytics.
• Contact Data: Instagram usernames and user IDs of people who interact with your account through automated flows.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use the service, including flow configurations, analytics data, and feature usage.

• To provide and operate the Instagram DM automation service
• To process and deliver automated messages on your behalf
• To provide analytics and insights about your automation flows
• To manage your account, billing, and credits
• To improve and develop new features
• To communicate with you about service updates

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Meta/Instagram: To send and receive messages through the Instagram API on your behalf.
• Anthropic (AI Provider): When you use AI flow generation, your prompt is sent to generate automation flows. No personal or message data is shared.
• Infrastructure Providers: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database) for service operation.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage of access tokens, secure HTTPS connections, and Row Level Security on all database tables. Your Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Message logs and contact data are retained for analytics purposes and deleted upon account termination.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect your Instagram account at any time
• Export your data

Our use of Instagram data is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram API Terms of Use. We only access data necessary to provide the automation service you have configured.
